Jeff Becker is Chief Executive Officer of ING Investment Management (ING IM) Americas. Before being appointed CEO of ING IM Americas in October 2009, Jeff was Vice Chairman, Chief Operating and Financial Officer for ING Investment Management Americas. Jeff joined one of ING Investment Management’s predecessor asset management companies in 1998 and ultimately served as its Chief Financial and Administrative Officer responsible for its financial, operating, technology and other support organizations. Prior to joining ING, he was Chief Credit Officer and Group Head, Portfolio Valuation & Analysis for Aetna’s Real Estate Investment Group. Before joining Aetna in 1994, Jeff was a senior manager in Arthur Andersen’s financial consulting practice. Jeff earned a B.A. in economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Ewan Cameron

Ewan joins ING Investment Management from ING Americas, where he began his career in 1999 as part of the Global Management Program. Subsequent roles included strategic analyst and manager of mergers and acquisition. For the latter, he acted as project manager on all aspects of M&A activities including project staffing, financial modeling, business unit preparation, due diligence analysis, deal negotiation, and post-close integration. Most recently, Ewan was the manager and senior planning analyst for the strategic finance group. His role was to aid in the support of Tom McInerney, the Americas Executive Management Committee, and U.S. business units by identifying, managing and leading strategic projects, including aspects of the business planning process.
Ewan earned his B.B.S. in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario Canada and his M.B.A. in Strategy and International Business from McGill University in Quebec. He also holds a Certificate in M&A from the University of Chicago. He speaks Japanese, French and Spanish with varying degrees of proficiency.
Cindy Caruso

Cindy Caruso is the Head of Human Resources & Internal Communications for ING Investment Management Americas. Prior to joining ING in June 2008, Cindy spent nearly 10 years in Financial Services HR as the head of Corporate Finance HR at CIT and in various roles with Citigroup in their Asset Management, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, and College Relations groups. She also led the HR due diligence and subsequent integration of Citigroup Asset Management after its sale to Legg Mason in December 2005. Cindy’s 18 years of HR experience also include a variety of roles with Pepsi-Cola Company and with Ingersoll-Rand Company in Texas, California, Mexico, and New Jersey. She earned her B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Chris Corapi

Christopher Corapi is Chief Investment Officer of the U.S. Equity Investment team and has portfolio management responsibilities for the Large Cap Core and Large Cap Growth strategies. Chris joined ING Investment Management in February 2004 as Director of U.S. equity research. Prior to joining ING, he was the global head of equity research at Federated Investors. Previously he was head of U.S. equities and portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to that, Chris was with JPMorgan Investment Management as head of emerging markets research and was a U.S. equity analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Company. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Alfred University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christine Hurtsellers is Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income and Proprietary Investments for ING Investment Management, a position she accepted in January 2009. She joined the firm in 2005 and was a principal member of the senior management team that engineered the integration of the proprietary and public fixed income management teams at ING IM in 2008, and she has considerable experience directing portfolio and sector strategy across fixed income asset classes. In an earlier assignment as Head of Structured Finance, her mortgage-backed securities team was responsible for the highly successful track record of ING's proprietary mortgage derivatives portfolios from 2005-2008. Before joining ING IM, she had extensive mortgage portfolio management experience, most notably at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("Freddie Mac"), where she managed ARM, MBS, CMO and mortgage derivatives portfolios. Previously she had been a portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management and Banc One. Christine received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Arthur J. Kalita

In March 2010, Arthur Kalita returned to his prior position as Executive Vice President and Head of Latin America and a member of the Management Committee of ING Investment Management Americas. He has responsibility for the oversight of $64.0 billion of Assets Under Management in ING pension companies, mutual funds and insurance reserves, as well as local institutional clients in the Region. ING has a significant presence in the pension and insurance markets in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
From late 2007 to February 2010, Arthur was the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for ING Latin America with the responsibility for execution of the transformation of ING Latin America from a multi-line insurer lacking scale in key markets to a market leader in Pensions and Wealth Management. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President, Head of Canada and Latin America for ING Investment Management. Arthur has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of Sul América in Brazil and AFP Integra and InVita Seguros de Vida y Pensiones in Peru.
Arthur has more than 30 years experience in international investment management and investment banking. Prior to joining ING in 1998, he was a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Investment Management and Head of Latin America. During a fifteen year career at J.P. Morgan, Arthur was also the head of J.P. Morgan Brazil, J.P. Morgan Canada and the U.S. Public Finance Group. He received a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from The Albany Law School of Union University.

Gerald Lins joined ING Investment Management in November 1999. He is General Counsel of ING Investment Management, which comprises several investment advisory entities managing a wide variety of investment strategies and vehicles, including separate accounts, pension plans, mutual funds, hedge funds, offshore funds, wrap fee programs, insurance general accounts and collateralized debt obligations. He was in charge of legal matters for a number of major asset managers and fund complexes, and also spent several years in private practice, concentrating on general corporate law matters and the regulation of investment companies, investment advisers, and other financial service providers. Prior to that, he was a staff attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, where he had a broad range of experience with the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers under the federal securities laws. He received his J.D. in 1984 from Harvard Law School.
He is co-author of numerous articles and several books including Regulation of Investment Advisers (West Publishing, 2005), Regulation of Investment Companies (Matthew Bender & Co., Inc., 2005), Soft Dollars and Other Brokerage Arrangements (Glasser LegalWorks, 2005), Hedge Funds and Other Private Funds: Regulation and Compliance (West Publishing, 2004, The Money Manager’s ERISA Sourcebook (Glasser LegalWorks, 2002), and How to Read a Mutual Fund Prospectus (Mercer Point Press, 1999).
Shaun Mathews

Shaun Mathews is Head of ING Investment Management’s Client Group, with responsibility for all asset management sales and client services functions including retail and institutional distribution, business development, marketing, and client service activities. He also oversees the mutual fund platform supporting all of ING’s channels and businesses.
Before accepting this position, Shaun was the Head of Retail Funds for ING Investment Management. In this role he had responsibility for ING's U.S. retail funds business and the platform for the proprietary and externally managed mutual funds available through ING’s wealth management businesses. Previously, he served as chief marketing officer for ING U.S. Financial Services, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, including strategy, brand development, advertising, marketing communications, competitive intelligence, market research, and e-business strategies. Shaun joined ING in 2000 with the acquisition of Aetna Financial Services (AFS). He began his career with Aetna in 1979 where he held a number of positions including head of Marketing and Product Management for AFS and general manager of the individual annuity and small plan 401 businesses. He also held positions in investment management, corporate finance, international treasury and corporate planning. Shaun holds a B.A. in economics from Holy Cross College and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from Cornell University.
Kevin McMahon

Kevin McMahon is Head of Technology and Operations, responsible for all technology and operational support activities for ING Investment Mangement. Kevin, who joined ING Invesment Mangement in 2004, has over 30 years of technology experience, 25 of which have been in the securities industry with a particular emphasis on asset management. Before joining ING IM, Kevin worked for JPMorgan Investment Management in various IT capacities in the Americas including head of investment systems application development, head of asset management technology merger integration and leader of global infrastructure/business efforts.
Chet Ragavan, CFA

Chet Ragavan joined ING Investment Management in April 2008 as Chief Risk Officer, joining the company’s Management Committee and reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Chet has responsibility for an integrated, company-wide platform that covers market, credit and operational risk management.
Prior to joining ING, Chet served as Managing Director, co-head of the Portfolio Analytics Group for BlackRock Solutions following its merger with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in October 2006. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1980 and has held a number of senior investment and risk management positions within its various subsidiaries. These included Global Head of Fixed Income Research (2000 to 2006) and Head of Risk Management (1993 to 2000) within the Asset Management subsidiary, Chief Investment Strategist (1990 to 1992) for the Insurance subsidiary and Research Specialist (1985 to 1990) for the Capital Markets subsidiary.
Chet has a B.B.A. in Management Science from Madurai University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Madras, both in India. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Mark Weber, J.D.

Mark Weber is the Head of Investment Solutions for ING Investment Management Americas and a member of its Management Committee. Mark is responsible for ING IM’s product development, product management, coordination of portfolio specialists, and strategic communications. Mark joined ING Investment Management as global head of marketing in The Hague in 2002, having served in that capacity for Baring Asset Management (then an ING affiliated company) for the previous five years in London and Boston.
Prior to joining ING Group, Mark was with Banque Paribas Group from 1984 to 1997 where he held a number of debt capital markets, investment banking and investment management positions in Paris, London, Tokyo, Singapore and New York, including co-head of institutional asset management from 1994 to 1997, general manager of the Singapore corporate bank in 1993-1994 and head of investment banking in Tokyo 1988-1993. From 1980 to 1984, he was an associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell, a New York law firm. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (History) from Yale University (magna cum laude) and Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia Law School.
Dan Wilcox, CPA

Dan Wilcox heads the Corporate Finance Planning and Accounting groups for ING IM Americas. In this role, he is responsible for management and financial reporting for the consolidated Americas investment management business. Dan is also responsible for the development of the multi year strategic business plans and interim forecasts. His role also includes coordination of audit activities and maintenance of the internal control environment. He leads a team of finance professionals that are responsible for business and product profit analysis and projections, technology procurement and financial systems. Dan is also responsible for facilities management for the firms’ U.S. locations. His previous experience includes Vice President and Head of Strategic Planning for the Investment Division at Aetna and a Second Vice President in charge of real estate investment accounting at Aetna Realty Investors. Prior to that, Dan worked in public accounting primarily focusing on bank and real estate development audits. He has a B.S. in business from Central Connecticut State University, is a CPA, and a Series 27 Financial Operations Principal.
Paul Zemsky, CFA

Paul is the Head of Asset Allocation and Multi-Manager Investments with responsibility for traditional and alternative investment solutions. Under his leadership, traditional funds are supported by asset allocation, manager research, and multi-manager capabilities. Within alternatives, fund-of-funds and private equity report to Paul. His team has capabilities in derivatives/financial engineering, risk management, portable alpha, asset allocation, liability modeling and pension accounting, and multi-manager portfolio structuring. Paul joined ING Investment Management in 2005 as Head of Derivative Strategies. In this role, he oversaw derivative strategies for credit, interest rate, and equity products, and supported the organization on a number of key areas, including product development and risk management for both proprietary and third-party businesses. Paul spent 18 years at JPMorgan Investment Management, where he held a number of key positions, including Head of Investments for over $300 Billion of Fixed Income assets. He was one of the first on Wall Street to identify the potential for portable alpha strategies and liability targeted portfolios. Prior to his role at ING, he co-founded CaliberOne Private Funds Management, a macro hedge fund. He holds a dual degree in finance and electrical engineering from the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
