1. $7 million to $100 million Single Asset
2. Up to $200 million Multi-Property Portfolio
Term
3 to 20 years
Amortization
1. Up to 25 years
2. Interest only: 60% LTV or less
Interest Rate Lock
Lock at application with 1% deposit
Prepayment
1. Flexible prepayment to meet borrower objectives
2. Yield Maintenance or Stepped Percentage
Forwards
Up to 12 months; first 90 days free
Closing
Dedicated team of in-house and outside counsel to provide a timely and cost effective closing.
