The ING Accelerated Loan Program focuses on loan opportunities within the $2 million to $7 million range on a nationwide basis. The underwriting parameters are similar to ING Core with a focus on ease of execution and streamlined processing.

Lock at application with 1% deposit

Prepayment

Flexible prepayment to meet borrower objectives.
Fixed: Closed for up to 5 years, then 5,4,3,2,1 (or similar variation)
